The emailform-php-file is now working perfectly. the php-prog saves the data in the mysql-database "contact" in the table "queries" and send an email to contact(at)lsbpm.com. this email you can read in your admin(at)lsbpm.com account!!!

the last few days

I started to help Berni with the contact form. I wanted to create a php-file which receives the data from a contact form and send these to a database and as an email to the admin. Unfortunately I had some problems with the mail function. The storage of the data in a database is now working. It store the data in the database "contact" and then in the table "queries".

I´ve tried to fix the problem with the gregarius. Gregarius is working but when I call the program with the subdomain the template won´t be loaded. when I call it normally the template is working. I have written an email to the yahoo-support and I hope I will get a reply soon. Also I have checked out some features of the yahoo web hosting service. On the next entry I show on what I have had a look.

yesterday

I´ve got a list with a few points I´ve to do the next few days. I have written a documentation of the php and mysql things and how i would do the stocktake. i wrote a emailto get all details of the staff for the blog and the feed aggregator. I tried to create 3 different blogs and allocate subdomains. but it doesn´t work this day. I tried the photo wizard of yahoo. here is an example.

I´ve created the 3 different blogs (360°, wordpress and moveable type). I allocated the each of the blogs with a subdomains. I searched a feed aggregator written in php because yahoo doesn´t support python. I found gregarius. I tried to figure out how I have to install and maintain it. It´s quite difficult. I´m still waiting of the details of all staff from the del.icio.us accounts and gmail accounts an blogs. I´ve also created a subdomain for the feed aggregator.

I´ve tried to get phpmyadmin started again. Now it works, but only with the Internet Explorer. I have absolutely no idea why it doesn´t work with the Mozilla Firefox. Unfortunately the phpmyadmin is different to the version on the mother server. I´m not able to import cvs or any other kind of files into a database. But the main thing is for me that it is working. It´s installed at www.lsbpm.com/phpmyadmin . I´ve written some very small test-files. I´m able to create a database over php and I can show a database with php. If you want to try it go to www.lsbpm.com/create.htm. In phpmayadmin you can see the new database with your name.

Now I´m also able to programm all the things offline because I´ve installed Filezilla on my notebook. It´s very easy to handle with the FTP-programm.

Tuesday

Trying to get installed phpmyadmin on the yahoo-account. But it hasn´t worked. I don´t know why. I´ve tried I it a couple of times. Also I´ve tried to get familiar with the Yahoo-Editors. I´ve seen a few differences to a normal texteditor. I don´t need to write . it´s enough when I use the template with
